Christmas Cheer Around Here

Hello Friends!

It's time for holiday decorating and I am actually finished. Whew! This is probably

the earliest I've had it done in several years by far. Today I thought I would share

the stair hand railings and a few vignettes around. I'll show you the two trees soon.

I added the red tulle from Cracker Barrel to the decorated swags.
The jars are filled with glass ornaments, tied with ribbon and bronze poinsettias.
The caroler couple is made by 'Jim Shore' at QVC. The frames are handmade by Kristen.
The red wreath is from Kirklands and the Santa tassle is another creation from Kristen.
Done and done, horray!

It's Turkey Time!

Hello Friends!

Wow, where did the past month go? It just flies by doesn't it? Thanksgiving is in two days

and I'm ready to cook and eat good food. We are staying home this year. I can't wait for the day

that we live closer to family. For many years we traveled constantly to Florida my home state and Ohio my hubs home state and I think we just got burned out. At one point we counted 33 over 13 hour car rides. Whew! What are your plans? I hope you all stay safe and it's a happy one for you.

 I wish I had done more of this fun fall list. It's been a crazy couple of months.

 I found this decorative cream jar at Marshalls. I added it to the kitchen counter.

At $12.99 I thought it was adorable and it matched our newly painted cabinets.

 The same day I found this little cream leaf plate for $3.99 and displayed it too.





Christmas decorations were at Marshalls as well so I picked up these pretty

ornament storage boxes and shiny wreath. That's next! I'll share soon.
